Q How do I make a reservation?

Q Is there a cancellation fee?
• 30% for cancellations made up to 3 days before the scheduled stay
• 50% for cancellations made up to 2 days before
• 100% for cancellations made the day before or on the day of the stay
※However, cancellations due to circumstances that prevent you from reaching the accommodation,
such as bad weather or natural disasters, as well as cancellations initiated by us (in cases
where it is clear that the situation cannot be accommodated), may have cancellation fees waived.
※Cancellations due to reasons unrelated to us or those caused by infectious diseases are not eligible
for fee waivers.
Q What is your payment method?
You must pay in advance by credit card payment at the time of reservation.
Q Can you provide a certificate of stay?
No, I am not. Receipts only.
Q Is there a shuttle service from the nearest station?
No, we do not have a car. If you do not have a car, we kindly ask you to use a taxi service.
Q Can I use a reservation app for cab travel?
This area is not supported by DiDi, GO, or other apps, so if you need a cab,
you will need to call. However, due to the limited number of taxis in town,
advance reservations are recommended. Please note that if you use a cab
company outside of town, they will not be able to take you to the same town
from our accommodations due to national regulations for cab companies.
Q Can minors stay at the hotel?
No one under 18 years of age is allowed.
